Every Wood & Wag order is shipped with tracking. Here are two easy ways to see where your parcel is.
1. Use the link in your shipping email
As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a Track your order button. It shows the latest carrier updates.
2. Sign in to your account
Sign in with the email you used at checkout. There's no password: we send you a one-time code. Under Orders you'll see your order status and tracking number.
Good to know
- Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 2–3 weeks.
- Tracking can take a few days to show updates after the parcel is handed to the carrier. That's normal.
- Complete Kit items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
