1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Wood & Wag online store and any purchase you make from us. Wood & Wag (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated from Ontario, Canada. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently sell to customers in the United States and Canada.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and sizes and weights are approximate. Some photos show the product in use in a styled home setting, and treats and other props shown are not included unless the product description says so.

4. Using our products safely

Our products are designed for use under adult supervision. Introduce new products gradually, follow the instructions provided, and stop using the product if your pet shows discomfort or its paw pads look irritated. Our products are not medical devices and are not a substitute for advice from a veterinarian or a professional groomer.

5. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing or description errors at any time. If we find an error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you and let you choose between continuing with the corrected order or cancelling for a full refund.

6. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if we suspect fraud or can’t ship to your address. Payment is taken when you place your order. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout.

7. Shipping, refunds and returns

Shipping times, costs and duties are explained in our Shipping Policy. Our 30-day money-back guarantee and cancellation terms are explained in our Refund Policy.

8. Reviews and content you share

If you send us reviews, photos, videos or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you give us permission to use it (with your first name or handle) to promote our store and products. We won’t publish your full name, address or email without your consent. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

9. Intellectual property

The Wood & Wag name, logo, text, graphics and photos on this store belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms, our Refund Policy and the product description, our store and products are provided “as is”, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Results vary between pets, and we don’t guarantee that every pet will use a product or achieve a particular result. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wood & Wag won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wood & Wag against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our store or products.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
